About this project
The project for NeutroSkin focused on generating awareness for the Milk & Butter and Probiotics lines in Puerto Rico, with the goal of positioning them as soft, natural, and effective alternatives for daily skincare. The key strategy involved a high-impact collaboration with lifestyle and wellness influencers.
We sought to inspire the audience to reconnect with their bodies and transform the bathing experience into a conscious self-care ritual. This was achieved by delivering personalized PR Kits and generating authentic content from profiles aligned with the brand’s values (such as yoga and holistic health), reinforcing the key message: “Your skin changes with you. Care for it with a soap that respects its nature.”



Results
The execution of the influencer marketing campaign resulted in a highly efficient communication system that maximized the brand’s reach and value.
- Reach and Media Value: 11 key publications were generated, achieving an estimated reach of 426,742 users and an impressive Return on Investment (ROI) of 2,551% over the initial investment.
- Authentic Engagement: The creation of personalized PR Kits was a successful tactic that added a human and authentic touch to the experience, highlighted by multiple influencers in their testimonials.
- Positioning: The campaign reinforced NeutroSkin’s position as a brand that promotes confidence and conscious self-care, achieving significant exposure among qualified audiences interested in skin softness and wellness.
